Can any one please update on the status regarding power cuts in exotica Eastern court.

Power cuts are so frequent which is making everyone's life miserable .

We will definitely try to get into this issue n find out. till now it has been informed that power cut is happening only due to failure or problems in equipments installed at different society.

But unfortunately ppl realise importance of CROMA only when they suffer.

For TMC issue meeting of all the AAO/Adhoc were called but only team from Buland n Paramount attended that meeting.

Its not a matter of a day so. Its evident from years. Report which u all r getting is part result of that so that respective active residents n aoa/rwa can take up further with their builders if any unusual charges on account of natural power cuts r charged by respective builders.
Better u must have get understanding on background of same instead of passing conclusion.

Last night we were on backup for more than four hours, while all other societies in CR were on main. Sanjayji and myself checked with Mahagun and Ajnara. Even societies next to galleria market were on main as there gen set were not working.

We then went to CIPL substation, behind GH7. On checking with the guy on duty there, we were told that this was scheduled cut for gaur (see log) from 22hrs to 01hrs. We were there at 0130hrs, but we were still down. On questioning why beyond planned schedule, he said its load issue to gaur. They are drawing more than allotted. Hence, more such can be done. But for detail we have to speak to their senior in morning. But we got power restored and came back. But by the time we reached home, we were on backup again. Ankitji has already informed you all about this. I think, power was finally restored again when Sanjayji and Ankit went there again.

Strange enough, no such for power cut for GH7 was there..while all other societies were listed!!! Are they owner of this place or are we getting electricity for free?

There are many angel to it.Current power station is for GH7 only but catering whole CR as new sub station is still not ready. Not sure what CROMA is doing in this regard. But that is not coming up every soon now.

But we need to find out total allotted power to gaur and total consumption in gaur. I am sure we are running low here, hence subjected to long unscheduled power cut, apart from planned one. If required, we should form a non RWA team to speak to GIL/CIPL directly and get this resolve.

I request all, please keep other issues aside right now to get this resolve, as it is affecting all directly and everyday. We cant wait for RWA to form to get this resolve. ITS OUR PROBLEM, WE HAVE TO SOLVE IT. NO OUTSIDER CAN SOLVE IT.

If it can be done, please do else, we will have to pay hefty price of backup/unit......

As per roster shared by Jha ji, load shadding was scheduled from  22:00 Hrs to 1:00 Hrs.
