These guards and this security agency are most incompetent that ive ever seen for the money that is being paid.
There is no responsiveness, no agility, clueless behavior, no coordination, just sitting on a chair sleeping most of the time and not even registering / asking anyone entering or leaving...these are not professionals, instead some poor needy people hired on very low salary by the incompetent and sub standard security agency.
Who do you see them talking to? The maids, the vendors cleaners etc to take petty bribes from them or gather sensitive info from them on the residents unavailability! Possibly also interacting with outsiders / thieves to share this info on which house is locked or who has gone out (and for how long) to coordinate these acts. Not only are we paying for the disservice being offered to us but are also paying a huge price compromizing our security.
It is really very bad in GH-7 and there is no sign of improvement.
They made delay in installing intercom even after so many years and still pending. Anyone can enter in GH-7 and roam anywhere.Entry should be communicated from main gate to block level gourd and once confirmation received from flat resident then only allowed to be in.No camera installed in Lifts to have some identification and anyone can use any lift while visitors should not be allowed to parking lifts/area.Moreover the gourds are also in very poor condition in this heat wave without proper water and sitting arrangements.ThanksPramod
