100% agree with you. Everyone feels n want that this should happen that should happen ppl are hyperactive on cyberspace but no one want to come forward n the one who want have no time.
More painful is when someone take lead instead of supporting him/her ppl start pulling you just to satisfy their ego.
As per building bylaws 10% Visitor Car parking provision should be made available within the society.Agreed that builder doesn't provide and adhere norms. But How many of us really read bylaws and stand against builder's wrongdoing?I think Ajnara is the only society where we started demanding builder to show GDA approved parking layout from the builder. We demanded asking to disclose size.Agreed builder is still not showing the same. But it is disappointing to see how own residents start playing against to few, who talks about rules and demand builder to follow rules. If majority of the residents stand against wrong doing... I am sure situation will change. But I hardly find people who want to really do something over it. Most of the people r busy with 5 or 6 days job and one or two days going to movie, visiting mall.We all dream and expect India to become US and UK. But do we stand for our rights the same way? Do we take care of our responsibilities?Sorry... But I thought and anticipated that people in CR atleast to behave responsible... but I don't see any voice.Builders are encroaching common area and facilities... we are silent.Builders are not alloting adequate size of the parking... we are silent.By this way, we will keep playing hue and cry on mailgroups and whatspp... saari kranti yanhi hogi to change bhi sirf yanhi hoga.Until we work on ground and fight... ground reality will remain same..--Thanks n regards,Pooja Srivastava | Special Correspondent

Upto large extent problem at shopping complex will resolve is we all start walking down.
Another major cause of parking on road is ppl can afford multiple car but don't feel like having parking for their 2nd Car.
On Sat. A car of Visitor parked outside gate of Arihant has gone missing and only clue available thru CCTV is car has gone out from Prateek gate around 7.15 pm.

Subject: Crossings Republik encroachment on pedestrian [1 Attachment]
[Attachment(s) from Abhishek Nayak included below]Hi,
I usually see vehicles parked on pedestrian in front of panchseel building, thus forcing me to walk on road with my child, on which too cars are parked thus making the road narrow.
How can this issue be addressed?
Regards,
Abhishek Nayak
