We are equally responsible for such non compliance of building bye laws by builder.
When builder allocate parking space generally they do not show or avoid to show the approved layout and most of us do not demand for it.
Builder just allot a number which has no meaning if the same does not exist on GDA map of parking. Here builder take benefit and sell the common space for which we already had paid money as super area.
Now, we suffer as flat vs parking ratio differs but we do not know what is available at GDA. As per my understanding no govt agency do anything wrong on paper
Its we who avoid to see those paper and bound to suffer even after payment for such facilities.

Building Bye Laws (extract attached) has provision of Visitor parking to be provided but unfortunately builders doesn't follow.
Upto large extent problem at shopping complex will resolve is we all start walking down.
Another major cause of parking on road is ppl can afford multiple car but don't feel like having parking for their 2nd Car.
On Sat. A car of Visitor parked outside gate of Arihant has gone missing and only clue available thru CCTV is car has gone out from Prateek gate around 7.15 pm.

Subject: Crossings Republik encroachment on pedestrian [1 Attachment]
[Attachment(s) from Abhishek Nayak included below]Hi,
I usually see vehicles parked on pedestrian in front of panchseel building, thus forcing me to walk on road with my child, on which too cars are parked thus making the road narrow.
How can this issue be addressed?
Regards,
Abhishek Nayak
