I have been using photon more than 3 years and in last oct upgraded to max wifi from max.
These days we are facing no internet connection most of the time so I logged a request 454124725.
got a call this morning saying nothing can be done and though I requested to keep tke ticket open
for further follow-ups, it was forced closed and marked as resolved.
Could you please help me in finding resolution for my connectivity issue. OR
could you please initiate a refund of my montly bill and dongle charges so that I can move quickly
to some other provider for better services and experience.
