Any update on this matter?
I fully agree with you and even I don't understand why the hell we are paying them maintenance when we are getting nothing in terms of safety and security. Also, the lifts are in such hopeless condition and run so slow that it takes forever for them to reach from 1 storey to another. We still do not have any intercom facility working for each block in GH7.
We have all got into a habit of quietly paying our hard-earned money to these guys without receiving getting any value out of it. I think it's high time we all unite, take some time off from our busy lives and stand up together to straighten things out with these guys.

If it would not heart the press wala I will surely call 100.
I know they will torched them and stop them to work.
But I will surely launch consumer complaints and will log complain in dm admin portal for carelessness of the maintenance office.
