Pradeep Ji,

Pl refrain from paying such huge unnecssary harges to builders. They are just cheating flatowners by charging these type of high illogical charges. Most socities charge between 10-20 k and it is always paid in check. Official rate of meter is below 10k.

So you can apply for goverment meter if your builder does not listen to you

Need a clarification urgently if all of you are paying up electric meter installation charges in CASH to the builder as Rs. 18000/ per kva, 18000*4kva = Rs.72000/

Shri Balaji, Foster Heights at Crossing Republic has issued an offer of possession letter asking for above said money in CASH and they are telling all the builders in Crossing Rep. are asking for this money in cash as it is requested by Crossings Republic. 

Please reply at the earliest so that we can also get the clarity.
