Also find attached the screenshots from Google Map (Traffic). It's a very helpful tool. I use it almost daily.
One image is from the morning (jam in Red), other one is from just now (all green, no jam).
Jam was cleared. I came from Crossing to Noida at around 5:30 PM.

After struggling for an hour returned back to home.
If u want to go towards Delhi - Noida for some urgent work in next few hour go via Ghaziabad. Hope fully in few hour Police will start regulating traffic at Gaur Circle and situation will be little better.
