Could you please any one let me know if you have got the possession of your Flat in Nectar Tower Ajanara Gen-X ?

Also I want to know Is Flat Registration is happening or not from GDA for Nectar Tower?, because I heard that  Registration is not happening for this tower from GDA as of now and GDA has asked to provide the building certificate etc..from Builder.
If any one has any information on the above points then please clarify .
