With respect to all the pet owners and people who want to ban the pets, I hope all of us follow the law of land, 

Please go through the link to understand



I hope we can put this discussion to rest with few things as a 'responsible' pet owner can follow while using the lift with their pet, to avoid inconvenience to the fellow lift users:

1. Make sure that your pet dog/cat is vaccinated to avoid any health related arguments from fellow building residents.
2. Keep your pet animal on a leash.
3. If your pet is aggressive and has a tendency to bite strangers, then it would be better to put a muzzle around the pet's mouth while you move your pet in the lift. You can remove the muzzle once your pet is out of the lift.
4. Try using the lift when no one is in there, alternatively avoid using the lift when someone (you know) having a canine/feline-phobia (i.e someone who is well-known to be scared of dogs/cats) is already travelling in the lift.
5. Make sure that your pet doesn't pee or defecate in there, so avoid taking young untrained pups in the lift as else you would most likely end up creating a lot more disgruntled neighbours or should we say enemies!
6. Take care of the health and hygiene of your pet dog/animal, give it a nice bath regularly so that it doesn't emanate any sort of stinking odour in a public place like a lift, which may else be a cause of inconvenience for the fellow residents of your building.

The comment of CFO is surprising. The crossing has been developed under THE UTTAR PRADESH URBAN PLANNING AND DEVELOPMENT ACT, 1973

As per the act the township plan can't be approved without sufficient space for schools, police station, fire station, hospital. All these are responsibility of GDA to get it on ground.

Need more investigation to extract the real hurdles.

फायर विभाग के उच्च अधिकारियो से मीटिंग हुई. उन्होंने सारा होमवर्क कर रखा है . जो हमलोगो ने एसएसपी को आवेदन दिया है उसके बाद वो क्रासिंग के रिक्त जमीं नाप के गए है . वो बोलते है की इतने काम जमीं में फायर  स्टेशन नहीं बन सकता . अगर हम ये प्रपोजल शासन को भेजते है तो निरस्त हो जायेगा . मैंने बोला ऐसा कैसे ? फिर उन्होंने बाई लॉज़ पढ़वाया .हमारे यहाँ बता रहे थे की "A "क्लास का स्टेशन बनाना है और उन्होंने पढ़वाया की इसके लिए 12400 sqm ज़मीन चाहिए . इसमें कवर्ड 5600 sqm होगा बाकी ओपन होना चाहिए . और जो ज़मीन रिक्त है वो काफी कम है . फिर उन्होंने कहा की आपलोग बिल्डर से बात कर के हमें बताये की वो ज्यादा ज़मीन दे सकता है या नहीं . बोले की हम इसको ज्यादा दिन तक होल्ड नहीं कर सकते इसलिए जल्दी बताये . मैंने आग्रह किया की फायर स्टेशन हमारे मास्टर प्लान में है और हम GDA को रिक्वेस्ट करेंगे की वो हमें बिल्डर से ज़मीन मुहैया कराये . इतना कम ज़मीन पर GDA ने कैसे नक्शा पास किया . तदोपरांत मैं GDA गया लेकिन लेट हो चूका था और सब लोग जा चुके थे . इस मामले में मेरी ये बिनती है की हम सब मिलके , कुछ टाइम निकiल के इसको करवा लेते है . जहा रहना है वहाँ की सारी चीज दुरुस्त कर के ही हम आराम से अपने घरो में सो सकते है .
दूसरी जरूरी बात मैंने हाईड्रेन्ट सिस्टम और ड्रिल के लिए बोला तो उन्होंने कहा की अपने बिल्डर से NOC मांगिये  और NOC का हर साल का RENEWAL मांगिये . अगर रिन्यूअल नहीं है तो समझिए की सब गड़बड़ है . मॉक ड्रिल के लिए बोले की आपलोग जब आवेदन करेंगे तभी करा दिया जायेगा इसमें कोई दिक्कत नहीं है . क्रोमा एवं अन्य AOA और सारे एक्टिव लोगो से यह आग्रह है की इस मुद्दे पर हम सब एक संयुक्त मीटिंग करके रणनीति बना कर संयुक्त रूप से काम करे . एक और आग्रह है की यहाँ के समस्याओ का राजनीतिकरण नहीं होने दे . उस से स्थिति और ख़राब होगी . बिल्डर हमारी अकेले की बात नहीं सुनेगा . वैसे भी मनोज गौर जी बोल चुके है की अपनी ये RTI  की दूकान जल्दी से जल्दी बंद कर दो .......... Will update on Shahberi road and back side of GH-7 road soon. Some development is there on back side road.

गाजियाबाद में होटल में आग, अफसर की मौत
आरडीसी स्थित होटल क्लार्क्स इन एप्पल ट्री में बृहस्पतिवार देर रात करीब सवा एक बजे भीषण आग लग गई।

इस दौरान होटल में रुके कोलकाता की कंपनी ग्रीन प्लाई इंडस्ट्रीज के असिस्टेंट वाइस प्रेसीडेंट सुशांत खरे (50) की दम घुटने से मौत हो गई।

सूचना पर पहुंचे फायर कर्मियों ने होटल में रुके 24 लोगों को खिड़कियां तोड़कर बाहर निकाला। आग लगने का कारण एसी कंप्रेशर में शार्ट सर्किट होना बताया गया है।
