[CROMA] Survey by UPPCL on issues related too single point Electric load to Housing Society

In most of the society where Builder is maintaining they are adding line loss and  collecting higher charges n also fixed charges is collected extra than what they are paying

ApaIt from this  mentioned load sanctioned to society is lower than load sold by builder.

Higher per KVA installation charges is being collected by builder.

All above need to be mentioned under remarks in survey form.
