banning is really bad idea.....animal rights ppl will come n put all in trouble......better is to tell owners to use disposable bag and pick the pooh n put it in dustbin.....i m also a animal lover n bcz of few owners v cant ban all such ppl.....although i dont have dog here...but i m not against the ones who have......kindly n politely v can solve it......it is not a big issue.....hot n short temper can ruin relationships here......

beautification of a home/ society. 3 wasting water for
cleaning roads (you may have seen at many places). sparing a
