I recently visited Mascot site after almost three years.For record i have flat in Osimo Tower. I was shocked to see there is almost no open space left in there. And on top of that they are still constructing even more towers. I booked the flat in 2007 and after 8 years it has become a concrete jungle. HT estate of last sunday (21st June) published a nice article (attached here) about how court has asked Omaxe to stop construction as builder changed the plans after home owners went into sales agreement and builder never took their consent on changing plans/layouts. Here i am sure Mahagun has added not only many more floors but added so many more towers. Cant we do anything?
Clubhouse building seems nice but not finished all the way yet, inside many rooms are not finished. Pool was empty. I asked the clubhouse maintenance staff about it and per them there are more that 500 members but only around 50 pay regular maintenance dues for clubhouse. Then how the building can be kept in good condition.
United we stand strong and thats our power. Let us try to build a roadmap to take on builder.
