Re: [CROMA] Consumer court orders 12% compensation for flat delivery delay

 

Hi All :

I am having a flat in Assotech Tower F which I have booked three years back , I have deposited close to 85% of the total amount with the builder , but the builder is not giving the possession of the flat . I am sure there would be many in this group who would have booked their flat in Assotech and are still waiting for the possession of the same .

I have inquired from National Consumer Forum today and they informed me that if you have group of 3-4 people who have booked the flat in the same society them we can appeal to them as a group.

I think this is a high time we should all come together who have booked flat in Tower F & G and put up a case against assotech in consumer forum .

Please let me know who all would like to come along with me to file a case against Assotech at consumer forum ..
