Attended meeting of representatives of various RWA with Vice Chairman and other key officials of Gahziabad Development Authority held on 17.06.2015 at GDA conference room . This meeting was organized by AOA federation to address various issues faced by RWA. I raised my voice for carbon pollution emitted by nearby industry and affecting all of us in CR Township and planning for alternate source of water i.e Ganga water supply to CR as our ground water table is going down . OSD, GDA promised to take necessary action on these issues and apprised us very soon. Kindly see point no. 20 in attached MOM in this regard.

Apart from many issues, OSD informed us that GDA had recommended various changes in existing U.P.Apartment Act, 2010 to make it more effective. If anyone also want to make any suggestion on it may write to Secretary, Avas-Vikas, Lucknow. He also apprised all of us on various action being taken by GDA on issues related to RWAs.
