Dear CROMA Members,
The notice is hereby given that the Extra Ordinary General Body Meeting (GBM) will be held at Subway-1, Round About, Crossings Republik, NH-24, Ghaziabad on 24th April 2016 (Sunday) at 3 PM IST and the agenda is as follows:
1. Publishing the accounts statement as on 31st March 2016.
2. Discussion on the Charter of Demand of CROMA and its current status.
3. Formation of the Election Committee and proceed for the election of the members of the Governing Body of CROMA for next 2 years as per the rule laid down in the CROMA Bye Laws under Rule No 16 which says, "The Governing Body of the society shall be elected for a term of 2 years in General Body Meeting. The raising hands shall be the mode of election. The newly elected Governing Body list should be attested by three outgoing office bearers and it will be filled with registrar of the Societies Uttar Pradesh."
a. The election for the Governing Body Members will be done by raising hands in this GBM under the supervision of the Election Committee to be formed in the same GBM.
b. Only members who are registered as a member of the association and have their name in the CROMA Membership List can participate in the GBM for electing the new Governing Body or can contest for any position of the Governing Body of the association.
c. The election will be conducted for the following positions as per the CROMA Bye Laws:
i. President : 1
ii. Vice President : 1
iii. General Secretary : 1
iv. Secretary : 3
v. Treasurer : 1
vi. Executive Member : 8
4. Other discussion, by the permission of the chair, if required. I also have attached the CROMA Bye Laws for your reference.
