Re: [CROMA] Query regarding Non receipt of original registered sale deed from ING Vysysa Bank during closure of my Housing loan

Thanks for your suggestion. The list of documents which i signed does not mentioned abt registered sale deed hence i did not noticed at that time that bank has not provided me the same. I will now vigorously follow with ing vysya bank to give back my original registered sale deed document.

The bank should handover all the original docs (sale deed, registration, allotment) and give u a noc. You should also crosscheck that all the pages are in order in the original docs.
You should not have signed it when u realized that 1 doc is missing.

once the loan is closed they have to return all the original documents. And if for some reason they havent, ask for the same. And in case they have lost any documents it is their duty to get you a duplicate one. So approach them vigorously

Check with the builder they must be having it with them.  The original registration documents and all papers relating to your home is with the builder. They don't handover to the banks.

I had prepaid my housing loan in ING Vysya Bank in 2014 and got it closed. However after the closure it returned me only following documents :
1) Original Allotment Letter
2) Original Tripartite Agreement
3) Original Permission to Mortgage
4) Original Payment Receipts
5) Original Demand Letter

ING Vysya Bank did not returned my original registered Sale deed even after closure of Home Loan. Does anybody in the group has an idea what could be the reason for the same and how to get it.
