[CROMA] Crossings Republik Township Table Tennis Tournament 2016

 

 Dear Residents,





After grand success of first edition, Gardenia Square Table Tennis Club(GSTTC) brings third edition of Township level Table Tennis Tournament for all CR residents (flat owners/tenants). Tournament is going to be conducted on 14-15th May'16 at Gardenia Square Club. All residents are invited to participate. Please cascade it to all the CR residents.

Below are the tournament details:

Venue                    :  Gardenia Square Club
Registration Date :  Till 8pm, 8th May'16
  
uEntry is open for only Crossings Republik (CR) residents (flat owners/tenants).
u2 Categories & 7 Groups
uDoubles: Seniors, Juniors(Born on or after 1st May'2000).
uSingles: Senior Boys, Senior Girls, Junior Boys, Junior Girls, Sub-Juniors(Born on or after 1st May'05).
uEntry fees will be Rs. 100 per player for juniors and Rs. 150 per player for seniors (Sub-Juniors entry is free).
uMatch schedule will be decided based on "Draw of Lots" at 8pm, 8th May'16.
uCopy of any document containing CR address is required, during registration.
uCopy of document containing DOB is also required for juniors & sub-juniors, during registration.
uAll matches will be of 3 sets of 11 points each except finals of 5 sets.
u2 Prizes (Winner & Runner-up) for each group.
uIf players can't find partners for doubles, partners will be decided by "Draw of Lots" among the candidates, registered for doubles.
uGirls group will be merged into boys if participation is less than 4 per group.
