[29/06 08:32] Naveen Jain Prateek: Its definitely a sensitive case and he stayed in CR for a fortnight is another concern. We will have to be very careful while renting out our flats / shops to anyone. Get the police verification done for sure. Take a few identity proof's and keep them with you.
