Hi All,

My brother is selling a 3BHK flat, 1725 sq feet with 3 big balconies. It's in Crossings Infra and on 9th floor, facing swimming pool. Wood work is not done but basic  necessary fittings (quality one) like curtain rods, wiremash-iron door on front door, RO and all plumbing and electric fittings/fans are there. My brother is a first owner and he got the possession in Nov 2011. Since Oct 2012 it was on rent with a small family which has moved out of NCR and hence flat is vacant now.

My brother is quite motivated in selling the apartment as he does not live in NCR.
