Power backup issue has always been there in tower 7 & 8 for GH-7, it runs smoothly for some time and again turns pathetic, people have to wait for long time for backup to resume day time is still manageable but at night one cannot sleep without light. No step have been taken from facility management to improve upon this, have seen same horrible service from last 6 years. We pay all the charges for the services but result is worst in return. Tonight there was no backup for almost half hour and now some fault have occurred and there is no light. What should be done to get things in place? Suggestions please
