I am Nitish, working in central government, New Delhi. I have a 2 BHK flat( 1270 Sqft- 7th floor)) in GH-07 Crossing , which is available for rent from 01 Nov. 2016. It is an excellent flat located at the south east corner in GH-07 main crossing republik. Two Balconies in east and one big L shaped balcony in south, meaning thereby the flat is full of sunlight and air. Wood work and iron grilling has been done. Lights , Fans are installed. BIG mirrors are installed in both the rooms and bathrooms. Only two flats on each floor in my block. Covered parking is available. No problem with the owner as professional expectations are not associated .
