CROMA NOMINATION NOTIFICATION 2012-2013

 

In continuation of my last notification, I am pleased to declare the nomination for CROMA Executive Body Election for 2012-2013.

Any person contesting for any post shall submit the nomination form to the Returning Officer or any Election Committee Member. The form must be submitted by hand (in person) by 24^th February 2012 (5 PM) at the address below. The nomination form is also uploaded on the CROMA Website.

You can withdraw your nomination by or before 24^th February 2012 (5 PM). The final list of candidates will be published on the Website on 26^th February 2012 (5 PM).

 

Nomination Fees:

 

1)     President                      (One Post) (1)

2)     Vice-President               (One Post) (1)

3)     General Secretary          (One Post) (1)

4)     Treasurer                       (One Post) (1)

5)     Joint Secretary              (Three Post) (3)

6)     Executive Members       (Twenty Four Post) (24)

 

Cut-off Dates:

 

a)     Date of filling of nomination papers     : 24^th February 2012 (Till 5 PM)

b)    Last date of withdrawal of nomination  : 25^th February 2012 (Till 5 PM)

c)     Scrutiny of nomination papers             : 26^th February 2012 (Till 5 PM)

d)    Declaration of accepted nominations   : 26^th February 2012 (Till 5 PM)

e)     Release of final list of candidates        : 26^th February 2012 (Till 5 PM)
