Hi Sudhir,
 
I can give 8 out of 10 to TTPL.
 
1. in terms of speed quality normally it gives good quality, some times whenever you change your broadband plan it doesn't reflect in your connection, for this you need to check it whenever you place a request through speed net or other site. 
 
2. There customer care is very irresponsible. So you need to take care of your request by reaching there office only.
 
3. There Wifi device are good, they provide full connectivity in 3 BHK. I am not facing any issue of connectivity in my 1475 sq ft flat.
 
4. Their billing process is manual. So you need to go their office to recharge your account. This recharge date is also fixed and without any intimation they may interrupt your services. If you recharge your account early before the recharge date then you may loose the pending day amount.
 
Overall it's a good deal to have a connection of TTPL, As there is no other major player providing service of better quality.
