No, That's the Sewage treatment plant which is already there ... the place marked for DG is shown residential in this plan ...but this is quite old ...i have seen this few years back as well ... i am attaching the latest plan (the dundaheda area only).. you will easily see the change that they did to convert the residential area to dumping ground ..
but this is all inconsequential now ..let the supreme court decide and we will take it forward from there accordingly..
