Dear All,
It is very heartening to see that CROMA has taken up a host of issues to make CR a better place to live!!!
I would also like to do my part to contribute towards this common cause.
Of all the issues that have been raised, the need is to priortize them and take them up with CR Management and Respective Authorities (GNA/GNN/GDA) individually.
DG remains the single biggest issue, which is on top of our Agenda, I was told by a fellow resident that GNN is planning to set up a Waste Recycling Plant at DG thereby trivializing the DG issue as it can then technically get around this issue. Our Legal and technical team should look into this and make suitable strategy.
Second most Important Issue is Connectivity of CR-
The Current Road (Rather Lack of it!!!!) thru Shahberi Village is in precarious condition and all hope of it getting metalled post UP Elections is still a distant Dream.
We should find out from Crossings Management about the two possible Roads -One from Fountain Chowk and the other coming up from near Crossings Infra, that by when will these be operational, thereby providing connectivity to Gaur Circle and thru to Noida/Greater Noida.
Every one will appreciate that connectivity is the single biggest impediment to all residents and we face daily hardships in commuting.
Shahberi Road may not be taken up for rectification considering Villages lead role in Litigations related to Noida Extn Project and their penchant for fighting with Greater Noida Authorities.
Hence, connectivity thru these alternate routes is critical for safe and hassle free commuting for us and our Children.
With rumors of Monthly maintenance charges to be increased to accomodate Crossings Infra Expenses form April onwards, this issue should take top priority over all the other issues.
Pls support this and use CROMA'S influence on impressing the same to the Crossings Management.
Also ,Croma should take up with Greater Noida Authority about Shahberi Road and see if this can be refurbished at the earliest and positively before the Onset of Monsoon's.
Greater Noida authority has always given preference to Connectivity to their City and hence are quite aggresive in development and upkeep of all roads leading to Greater Noida,Hence it would be apt to find out, may be even through a RTI about Status and plan for development of this particular Stretch.
Please share your thoughts on this.
Best Regards
Mohit Kumar Singh
