[CROMA] Re: NEFBWA files a petition

Dear all,

I have read on forwarded mail, "On Wednesday, Noida Extension Flat Buyers' Welfare Association (NEFBWA) filed a petition to be included as a party in the case involving Bisrakh farmers who have not accepted hiked compensation from Greater Noida Authority and demanded their land back."

Can CROMA get into the same mode and involve itself by filing a petition to be included as a party in the case of CR and Ansals vs State of UP."

Definetely this is an excellent idea. In this way Hon'ble Supreme Court would decide the case after considering the arguments of not only the builder but also the genuine grievances/difficulties of the residents of Crossing Republic
