Monopoly is always dangerous, we should try to create more competition among service providers ( all type). then only we can assure good services.

Dear Mr. Jain,
Even if BSNL is not able to provide the kind of hi-tech services that you expect, I am sure they will none the less be better than what TTPL dishes out to us at present. More importantly, the entry of a competitor will do two things -
1. Force TTPL to improve their services if they want to be in the game, and,
2. May facilitate the entry of other more efficient private players such as Airtel, etc.
Hence my comment.
The following points may also be noted -
1. Whenever we address somebody with the prefix Mr., we usually write the surname after the prefix and not the first name as it looks offensive. If we wish to call a person by the first name only, let us either type just the first name without any prefix or suffix ('Alok' would have done in this case) or if we wish, we can put 'ji' after the first name.
2. Correct me if I am wrong, but the last time, a few months back, when I had suported an honest resident of our GH7 society on his complaint against TTPL (regarding some billing issue), you had seeemingly taken sides with TTPL at that time too. Is there more to it than we can see, or is it just a coincidence?
I know that a learned person like you would not feel offended reading my email as it is not intended to be personal.

Alok Agarwala

Dear mr. Alok,
Great wish but I am very much doubtful that BSNL will be able to provide the competitive services vis a vis no respite from the TPPL for now.
