Dumping Ground is still in pipeline by the U.P.Govt. authorities through local body i.e. GNN (Ghaziabad Nagar Nigam). We as residents are fighting for cause under the banner of CROMA. Please come forward for any financial/moral help for the cause.
Status of litigation on the dumping yard : Builders have filed a petition in Supreme Court whereby builders have challenged the High Court Order on land use of 14 care land proposed for the dumpyard project alongwith grounds of enviornmental factors. On petition of the builders ,notice is issued to the gov authorities.Petition will be heard in due course for final hearing.No date yet fixed.Lets keep finger cross.
