Very well said... Developement of Shaberi Road / Police station etc can be eye wash also to sold out left/unlsold flats by Builders. No Body know so far that who developed the shaberi road and when planned hospital will be developed. EVERYONE SHOULD UNDERSTAND THAT AFTER BUILDERS WE ALL ARE ALONE TO FIGHT AGAINST UPCOMING DUMPING GROUND. Come together and boost upcoming Body like CROMA or else to fight against unjustice. We are cheated, alteast I was not aware that with facility of gym, park, golf course , will get a Dumping Yard as gift. Hope this is case with all of us?

From past 1 month, i am feeling a good speed in development of this area. Considering Shahberi Road, police station etc.Seems government is also taking Crossing Republic area seriously.
But still only residents are looking concerned about dumping ground and no one else.My other doubt is how GDA/GNN can develop Dumping ground, without taking Environmental Certificate. Because they are government body.
There may be one other foul game coming in my mind. This could be situation.
Suppose GDA/GNN has given a contract to any contractor in previous years to develop dumping ground and the contractor has given bribe to officials for that task to get the contract (as most of times happen). Now as this dumping ground issue is in court, there may be chances that this contract get cancelled and due to this fear the contractor is completing it's contract on a fast pace. So that he can release his pay check no matter there will be a dumping ground or not.

I believe we need to put our petition as well in supreme court.
Last I have checked status on Supreme court website was that no next date was announced. Seems no party is interested to get next date.
As of now what's happening is builder is least bothered about next hearing date as they want to delay as much as possible. Also GNN and GDA also want delay so that they can get dumping ground ready.
Only we are suffering with nightmares of dumping ground coming to our doors. I understand CROMA has mentioned that they are consulting at present and will come back with plan. With full trust on CROMA, look forward for their response on this matter earliest possible.
