For end users who have got the possession and decided to live here present price doesn't make much difference other than a mental satisfaction.
Think in other way, where in NCR you will get to live in a good house of your own in a planned township at this rate. Than why to bother about price. Its matter of concern only for investor who came here to make quick money.
Because Crossing has come out as good place to live, I have shifted from Dwarka and not finding much of difference except market high electricity bill. All the daily need item r available nearby, transport available for most of the school, fortis @ Noida, Second 62 Colambia @ NH24 are at approachable distance, After repairing of Shahberi Road the main problem of commuting has also got resolved.
