Mohit another way its good that ppl r prefering crossing ahead of Indirapuram, thx to those owners who r giving flat even at lower rate and increasing the occupancy.

With increased occupancy, rent will increase automatically. I have seen in dwarka same thing. With increase in occupancy and other facility rent increased like anything, the flat which I have taken @ 6K in 2006 is now costing 20K. There was time when every year landlords was looking for new tenant instead of renewal of lease as in renewal increase was 10% whereas from new tenants ppl were getting increase of 25%.

Another issue is owners dont have any trust in their properties.  People ready to give property on rent for merely 5.5k whereas indirapuram flat minimum charging 10k for same flat. Ask tenants they r very happy to shift as they r getting new better flat, connectivity through noida extn is better for those working in noida, far better water quality.
Same applies to those who selling their flats, they need to judge their flat value.
