We know prices in Crossings have increased recently and are happy about it. But please dont try to fool people here. We understand as a broker you want to make max money out of deals but it is only going to help big investors. End user is more bothered to make the place good and livable rather than knowing market price that you are over estimating.One of builders also confirmed to my friend who is looking to buy a property that Dumping Ground for sure is coming at the same place as the builder lobby in Noida Extn will be pushing for it for their own good.
