Hi
I am a end user and happy for appreciation . Real Estate market is driven by broker and there mouth publicity. Think of those people who have invested @2000-@2400 five years before and flats were at same rates till couple of months ago. Its a total loss for them. Today yamuna Expressway is lagging 10 years from crossing, still there plots and flats are selling like hot cake just because of mouth publicity by real estate agents. We must work together to make crossing a better place and good investment even for end users !!

Nitin,

We know prices in Crossings have increased recently and are happy about it. But please dont try to fool people here. We understand as a broker you want to make max money out of deals but it is only going to help big investors. End user is more bothered to make the place good and livable rather than knowing market price that you are over estimating.
One of builders also confirmed to my friend who is looking to buy a property that Dumping Ground for sure is coming at the same place as the builder lobby in Noida Extn will be pushing for it for their own good. But this does not bother me much at this time as an end user. So lets relax and concentrate on tasks in hand and not in speculations...

Dear all,
 
This is to inform you that yesterday one of my friend had visited crossing republic (almost all builder) with me to buy a flat.
Please note that property rate/sq feet has been crossed 3000/- (inclusive all) for ready to move flats. Also these are the rates for flats available 15th floor or above.
 
I believe that this is very good news for those who had invested already there.
If Dumping ground & NH24 traffic issue resolved than surely, rates will further increase & will touch 3500/- per sq feet.
