Dear Residents of Crossings Republik,
Looking into the critical subject issue on priority , once again CROMA Executive team had a detailed discussion with management team Crossings Infrastructure Pvt. Ltd. ( hereinafter referred as CIPL) on Saturday i.e. 1.09.2012. After a detailed discussion on many points from the charter of demands update on critical point of Shaberi Pulia and connectivity to Noida, the following response in point wise as under:
· 6 Mtr pulia design is passed for construction. CIPL has limited role now except to pay for its construction only.Construction will be done by U.P.Irrigation Department and expense will be bear by CIPL management
· Tentatively Construction will be start by Oct'12
· Divider on road, message of one way near temple and on shaberi side will be placed soon to educate traffic. One way traffic should be followed by residents as per timings i.e. Morning -8.00.- 10.30 A.M, Evening : 5 - 8.00 P.M.
· Connectivity with Gaur city via Crossings Republik from road behind GH-07 society can be expected to get resolved in a year as its require lot of paper work and follow up work from different authorities due to land ownership issue.
It is a request to all the residents that while using the route from Crossings Republik towards Noida Extension and vice-versa, please follow single lane to avoid jam in peak hrs. Please bear in mind that no one else will come, its we who all have to make the system in place to make our life better.
