Re: [CROMA] Parking problem in front of Shopping Complexes and Parking of Vehicles on Road in front of Societies.

Just before Prateek, the one gate is functional. The other gate the construction work is going for months. There is no ETA for such work, it can go on years. Well, on that later. The situation for Prateek resident for parking on the road is very bad.  The residents have more cars than the parking could accommodate.  We are hardly worried about how many cars are owned by whom.  We care nothing about that until these cars block the way for others.  To make matter worse, they park their cars on the road which is functional. They can park their vehicles on the other road.

It is someone's conveniences while it is nuisance to other people.  The current problem will ease when the other gate construction would be over at Prateek's side. Right now, only one road is functional.  Yes, the visitor's parking must be the problem of builder not the other people living in society who have right to walk on the road and for that they have paid.

Surprisingly none of the market complex is having proper parking space, Panchsheel complex is not having any parking at all, what ever parking space was available at Galleria and newly built market opposite to Galleria is being restricted with divider. Due to this out of two lane of road one lane is being used as parking.

Its Horrible to cross road in front of Galleria in evening and on weekdays. What will happen after increase of occupancy. How come these market complexes are allowed without proper parking space.

Coming to Societies, it looks that out of this bunch of greedy builders very few has made provision for visitor parking due to that visitors park their vehicle on road and cause inconvenience.

Further in socities like Prateek ppl having vehicle more than the no. of parking, park their vehicle on road and with increase in occupancy no. of cars parked on road is incresing. In front of Prateek situation is such that cars are parked on both side of Road and only narrow middle lane is kept for traffic movement.

Immidate attention is Required from CROMA and Crossing Mgmt. On this parking issue else in future trafiic movement within Crossing Township will also become nightmare like sahberi pulia.

I totally agree with MS on all aspects other then parking at Gallaria Market. The market might be very near to people living at Crossing Infra or Panchsheel Wellington etc, but its far off from people living in Supertech or Mahagun or Paramount. Its not easy to walk down from these societies and then carry back all the stuff you buy, again... by foot. Until there are other market area functional or till there is a proper parking space allotted by people visiting gallaria market, this thing is bound to happen.

Even the share autos(plying from NH-24 to SurajPur) also come inside from the First Glass Gate and then head to the last exit of the CR. Big question is what these autos are doing in internal roads? Also, temporary auto stand has formed just outside the gate of main CR society (next to galleria market). Why was it allowed? Lot of people park their vehicles just casually outside the gallaria market. Though guards are there, but they also feel sometimes overpowered by the people.

It is not only difficult to walk during the morning time in internal roads but also eye sore to see the speeding traffic.
