Just to update that final list of Supreme Court for 26th 2013 hearing is out. As per list only Ansal's Stay application is listed not the main matter. CIPL & CROMA petition is not listed.
Just now the CROMA Legal Committee Members have discussed with Ansal's Advocate about filing of Affidavits by GNN/U.P. State Govt./UPPCB. Advocate informed that only GNN has filed affidavit that too is a frivolous affidavit without any proper details about the measures to control the pollution as per court's last order. She further told that GNN has only mentioned that this project of SWMP is a very scientific , very modern etc etc. She said that this affidavit of GNN will not serve purpose of the court's queries. She confirmed that tomorrow again they are briefing Mr. Gopal Subramanium. Sr. Adv for argument and he is very well prepared. At the end of conversation she said hope for the best to get Stay tomorrow.
We all should keep our finger crossed. We all should pray together to get Stay in tomorrow hearing without any further adjournment.
