Re: [CROMA] DG matter

 

These such things needs to be handover or converyed to our Honourable Sr. Advocate who has hired to present Resident Pettition and  hearing held on 4th March ....
I don't know whether Croma is doing something or just silently watching the stuff as advised  not to take part against this DG.

Please refer the attached document. Serial No. 12 & 14 are important. Whereas as per report GDA/GNN are not complying with it. This may be taken up as a supporting document while contesting this case.

The so called Dumping ground/SWM plant is a Asian Development Bank funded project. Pl read the total project report prepared by WilberSmith associates, Banglore firm. This firm has been paid advance by GMC. We should also send a letter to Asian Development Bank to stop funding this project being against the International Standard & against Human health & safety. We should start preventive measures like planting of maximum trees in the CR to minimise effect of any DG in future.
