RE: [CROMA] Change in the Organizational Structure of CROMA Governing Body & Calling the GBM

Hi,

I completely support the voice raised by Atul and Manmohan.  CROMA has lost the reliability among the societies by taking this autocratic step.  If there were issues with the current designated body among the members, the better idea would have been dissolving the current structure and the committee would have gone for the re-election.  Just to avoid this in future CROMA may rather go with the election for an unstructured team along with the power to decide its own structure within.  It's really gloomy and undemocratic.  Moreover we are not even aware how many of the new members of the association have been chosen by the residents / members & if there is even a single guy who has entered in without winning the election, I would rather symbolize it to 'talibaan'.

Though it's really good to see enthusiastic people like Vishal Arrey taking the lead, yet certainly the changes would have had with the consent of the members/ residents.  I would request the residents to oppose the undemocratic steps to save the credibility of the association of the associations and show the mirror to CROMA for its betterment.  By writing this I remind one of my favorite sher by Bashir Badr : -

"Mukhaalfat se meri shakhshiyat savanrtee hai

Main dushmano.n kaa badaa aihtraam kartaa hoo.n"

(I always value my criticizers as they play the most important role in my enrichment)

Furthermore, I take this opportunity to congratulate my friend and neighbor – Vishal Arrey for his new role and wish him all the best and sincerely believe he will really set new benchmarks & hope team CROMA shall take this positively.

Best regards,

Bhuwan Tiwari

Hi Atul,

If you read the mail carefully, it says that this is a temporary structure till the new body is elected.

It sounds amazingly sad ....

It has again proved that there is not much effective participation in the below mentioned organization and only few people can select them as office bearers(please note I am not talking about members mentioned below since I do not have objection for members) without a democratic procedure.
This organization resembles with our neighbour country where the elected body gets changed/dissolved by select few based on their in-effective working etc. and which does not extend democratic procedures.
I suspect the future of the below mentioned organization (although I am not very sure in our country anything like this can exist since all good people do not participate in these kind of organizations) where you find such a dramatic change which remind me changes in the our neighbour country.
I am not sure how effective things will work where the elected people are separated and new become office bearers without any information or notice and without consent of the electing public and

I wish all democratic  RWA's and good people of crossings  form a separate organization which create a better participation of the crossings republik residents and follow a democratic procedures.

Last time there was a proper communication and process but this time the below mentioned organization (few selected people) did not even think about the participation of people and just they informed things has been changed....
This looks really strange and I request to all people who believe in democracy to create a new organization as soon as possible and ensure non-democratic forces NEVER Prevail.

Aamin.
