Thanks for writing it to me.

You may be referring one mail. I have attended number of meetings. Written number of times.

We may have different views. Hope you agree. If I am writing something then I have artifacts to validate it.

Coming back to your point that " they are fighting and doing the things in the best possible manner at this moment." - So can someone list down the efforts of CROMA president, VP in last one year apart from attending functions as a guest.

Not sure if you know it or not but I was a member of  CROMA EB for more than a year. ( 2011 - 2012 ) Why I resigned... CROMA EB is well aware of.

Please refer your note, You have mentioned name of Raju and Akhil... thats the issue with CROMA. President / VP / Treasure doesn't have active participation. We hardly recall their names when it comes to discuss any major issue.

From very first day, My stand is very clear, if you take ownership then perform else leave it for others to perform. Please avoid doing politics as it is going to impact us * residents -  directly or indirectly.

If needed I can discuss this in detail.

As of now, my request is of refunding my contribution. OR a mail from CROMA President accepting the fault with proper plan for improvement. Hope CROMA EB will look into this at the earliest

In future if things improve with in CROMA governing body. I will be the first one to support.

I understand your concern here, but please read the mail written below by Rak Kumar Raju Ji. He has explained everything so why this question of refunding money.  Please don't start this topic and distrust among our fellow residents. 
 
Sometimes delays can happen, all of these association members are volunteers and are not getting paid by any body. Whatever extra time they get they spend there. I also raised the point of timely updates as this DG is a very critical issue and we were not hearing anything from our core team. . So either spend your time in association or find people who can do better job, or otherwise you can simply request timely information and good management other than that there are no options.
 
This association management is a very Thankless duty. I am not taking any sides here but please understand and don't start a new topic of discussion here by refunding money.
 
I think we have right and dutiful people like Raju ji and Akhil Ji and others(I apologise to other members as don't know there names) and they are fighting and doing the things in the best possible manner at this moment.
 
I think we should ask management people to send a Generic email every month or two weeks (Even if there are update from legal team or not) with title as "update on fight against DG"  or something similar regarding latest developments on the case or simply write no updates. Even that much will be enough.

I have sent you number of messages on yahoo group / facebook. I am sure you all are reading those messages but there is no positive response for any one of you.

Please note as a resident I have contributed Rs 1000 for dumping ground case. In spite of repeated requests you are not bother to share updates with residents on timely basis. Also I have been requesting you to share CROMA account records with all of us. - NO RESPONSE ON IT.

Hence I am requesting to return my contribution because of your unprofessional behavior.

Please let me know when and from where I should collect this.

I have contributed via net banking, In case you need any proofs. Please reply.

One question are you ( CROMA EB ) not aware of this hearing. Last update from CROMA EB was it is in March.. Suddenly updates coming in Feb.

Very valid concern from Yogesh.
Later sharing mails of CROMEB googlegroups has no value if those updates not reaching to residents on timely basis.

1. Sr. Advocate Mr. Gopal Subramanium appeared for Ansal's to argue the application for stay. He started argument saying that construction has started for dumpyard which will effect the neighboring residential colonies and cost of Rs 100 crore invested which will get complete waste. Also recent pictures were also shown to the Court by Ansal's Advocate. Despite pending the petition on merits, the Advocate requested for Stay of further construction. However Advocate appearing for  GDA/GNN mentioned that only boundary wall is constructed and Rs. 6 crores is already spent on construction. On hearing this fact the Hon'ble Chief Justice raised following questions to Sr. Advocate :
 
1. What is the actual status of the SWMP please confirm.Further asked what is this scheme
2. When this project of Dumpyard was proposed whether residential population was existing and when township licenses for residential colonies were granted.
3. What will be the Enviornment impact, if this proposed SWMP project is constructed.
 
On the abovesaid queries arguments started by both the Advocates, however the Hon'ble  court could not able to understand the points argued.Therefore, on hearing Advocate for both parties i.e Ansal's as well GDA/GNN/UPPCB, the Hon'ble Supreme Court directed all the parties to file additional Affidavit stating the answers to the abovesaid queries and granted two weeks time to file Affidavit stating actual facts and pass the directions to list the matter after two weeks.
 
On application for stay, just notice issued to list the matter after two weeks. Simply, one more adjournment granted for two weeks.
 
Hope order will be uploaded on the website by tomorrow evening.Will update further as per status.
 
Let see when matter is going to be taken up again as per the list .

Apart from that, the next hearing of the CROMA Dumping Ground Case (which was filled by CROMA) is on 3rd March 2013 which was earlier scheduled on 24th January 2013. Until and unless we get any update, we all need to be united. As far as the fund is concerned, the amount was collected as a "Legal Corpus" and will only be utilized for the same. CROMA Governing Body has already the details of the amount collected and spent as of now. The balance amount is kept in the CROMA ICICI Bank Account. The year end audit by a CA will also be done and will be uploaded on the CROMA Website as well.

If you are taking about the Mahagun Mascot Dumping Ground Legal Corps/Fund collection status, the details are available with Mahagun Mascot RWA (MMRWA) and the same has been presented in the last GBM as well. As per the latest report presented by the Treasurer of the MMRWA, INR 79,700/- (Seventy Nine Thousand and Seven Hundred Only) has been collected for Dumping Ground Legal Case Purpose including Online and Physical DG Fund Collection. So trust on the volunteers working towards this noble cause as we all are working towards making this township a better place to live in.

Hi All
 
Seems Like all Associations of Various Projects in CR are more worried about making new members but not bothering to respond or updating the members about the most crucial issue in whole CR (dumping ground).
 
I live in USA and back in August last year made a point to come physically and deposit the money for Dumping Ground Case and i am sure many of you would have done the same and was trying to make sure people concerned don't feel that they are not the only one fighting for cause. Now when we have case filed and adequate funds (as no one complaining about funds shortage) why there is no update for us from the concerned members of various associations and above all CROMA who collected the funds.
 
Akhil Ji or Raj Kumar Raju please please update us whats going on. Our hard earned money is at stake and you been the torch bearers please keep us informed or you guys come out and say that we are not willing to take responsibility any more and then residents can decide what to do then.
 
By keeping mum doesn't help anyone. GOD forbid we have to run another collection movement then everyone will question what is the use, is our money going and being spent right way or not and appropriate people are handing it or not.
 
I am not questioning integrity of anyone here. But it is a critical issue and everyone goes into panic situation on hearing anything about DG. Keeping all of informed is best way to address it. As i said before if you have taken the responsibility then please do appropriate or otherwise just simply say you cannot handle it anymore and we residents will find some alternatives then.
