There is a lot of procedural complexity if we want to take the help of other lawyer. Copy of complete registry documentation will take around 20 days but u r tension free if that activity is done by there authorized lawyer.
Any way this is up to your call.

Subject: [CROMA] Regarding registry in main crossing
Hi All,
I am planning to get my registry done of my main crossing flat.
Builder office is advising me to get it done with their lawyer Mr. R.K.Sharma.
But, also telling me to pay him money in cash and i will get receipt on back of visiting card. This process will take 3 days for registration.
While check procedure will take around 20 days.
Could you please revert with your feedback and suggestions on same??
