My full name is Rajendra Prasad Dobriyal ( you know me as Raj) and residing in GH7 since Dec 2010 I am contesting the coming AAO elections with the strong feeling that may be I can be one of the CATALYST for the positive change and would like to contribute in making our society an Ideal system driven society .
Brief profile :
My strengths : Postive Attitude, Determination, sincereity , commitment and honesty in whatever I do and yes a good sense of humour and believes in spreading happiness and smiles .. J and.. I am a firm believer in 'Walk the Talk'
Currently I am working with NXP Media as Deputy Group Head .. and have total 11 years of work experience in marketing a brand and people's management.
MY AGENDA - What I want to do for the society as a Board member :
I am contesting this election with a very clear vision and focus on what I want to do . I want to focus and committed to do the following :
Strong Foundation and System driven Society : Every building/company/society for a long andsuccessful run needs a strong foundation and robust systems . This is what the need of the hour is and what we are lacking since inception .
Robust organisatioanal structure : Our society needs to run like a professional company . There has to a robust orgainsational structure . MICRO MANAGEMENT is what is required. 11 people are required to ensure proper functioning of one tower . ( 1 tower representative who has a team of 10 people from same tower ( 2 persons each for one block). Same to be replicated for all towers.
Win Residents trust and faith and ensure people's participation – Will work along with other board members to win faith and trust and ensure MAXIMUM PEOPLE'S PARTICIPATION
IDENTIFY POTENTIAL TALENT AND SKILLS – Will work towards identifying talent and skills and allocate responsibility as per one's skills and expertise
EMPOWERING COMMITTEES AND MAKE THEM ACCOUNTABLE : = Will help in forming various committees , empowering them along with the burden of accountability. Each committee to submit quarterly progressive reports.
Would also like to conduct various relevant issue basssed discussions and workshops for all residents ..
I AM SURE IF WE ARE ABLE TO ACHIEVE THE ABOVE "THERE WILL BE MORE SOLUTIONS RATHER THAN PROBLEMS .. "
