Dear Pramod ji,

CCI doesnt take complaints from individuals. Complaint needs to be filed by some registered Authorities (maybe RWA [m not sure though]).

The CCI ruling you mentioned has been challenged by DLF in Supreme court and result is awaited. Although it is expected that court delivers judgment in favor of home buyers.

United we stand, the more we can take Head on fight with these Vultures in name of so called builders and facility Management services.
