Agree that if parking on road will not be stopped now in future complete road will get converted in parking lot.
Heard that Pizza hurt has opened at Paramount and MacD and SRS super bazar is also opening there, imagine what will be situation of road alongside this market. All the commercial place is approved n made without having sufficient parking space.
On road alongside Prateek earlier there use to be one line of vehicle parked on road, now generally its two lane. No. Of vehicle parked on road is increasing alongside all the society.
However before implementing this CIPL, Local police, CROMA should insure that all builder should provide Sufficient parking for visitor. Atleast 10% of total no. Of flat in the society. Although builders r not supposed to sell open parking but all of builder has sold it and not providing space for visitor parking.
Where this has happened.
May be way for local cops to make some quick money out of it or push from builder so that ppl will be forced to purchase unsold parking.
