Dear All

Now since the issue of CR traffic management is already in limelight, I would request all to please not drive on the wrong side. Our CR already has U-turns after every 50 metres or so.

It becomes a threat especially to ladies, children and elderlies. 

Also if you see someone doing so, please remind them about the dangers...

Police is just doing his work, we should co-operate with the police. Rather, we should not do any thing that forces police cop to intervene with .
We are living in apartment, We should just think to obey the law as far as possible.  At least at our end.

Every resident of Crossings Republik should toil for getting the Form of Declaration under the UP Apartment Act from the builder concerned.  It is form of Declaration which specifies the actual use of spaces approved by the competent authority.  The form of declaration should be attached with the Deed of Apartment(so called sale deed)(under Section 13 of ACT). This has already been ordered by the Hb'l high court on 14.11.13 as well as GDA public notice on the web site.
