Re: [CROMA] Towing of Vehicles in Crossings Republik by Police

 

Dear Residents,

It is said that builders are not supposed to sale open parking space. But in all the societies of CR, open parking space is sold by the builders and it is also mentioned in the sale deed. Is there any solution to this problem. Can residents take legal action against the builders for not providing sufficient open space? I don't know any remedy for this problem. In near future, when CR will have 100% occupancy, lack of  parking and open space will be a huge problem. We should start finding a solution right from now.

1. Parking at the side of the roads makes it very dangerous for the pedestrians as they are forced to walk on the road. Its dangerous and unsafe for your car too. Vehicle getting towed away by police is a lot better than vehicle getting crushed or stolen.
2. Right now you are parking at night, but if this trend continues, people will start parking during the day also.
3. Parking at undesignated area will always lead to arguments. Imagine someone parks his car behind yours, and you need your vehicle in an emergency, what will you do then?
4. It degrades the look and standard of the society.
5. The argument of not being able to afford another parking is not valid. A person who can own 2/3 BHK flat and 2 or more cars can always afford another car parking. Its always about priorities. That person should consider it at higher priority.

So, we should co-operate with police, and keep our community beautiful, clean and safe for children, ladies and elders. These are my personal opinion and I apologize in advance if I hurt anyone's feelings.
