Hi,

As per my knowledge status of points raised by you is as below.

1) Sewage system connected to STP is already available.

2) Land has been earmarked for playground / stadium behind GH7, between Golf Course & Schools, it will take time for construction.

3) IGL Pipeline has already been laid on main roads of CR and it is at Advance Sage in some of the society. Now Individual society has to provide infrastructure with the society and societies/builder has to do follow up with IGL. In Mahagun it will be operational soon, In Arihant pipes are being laid.

4) ICICI and HDFC both has plan to set up Branch as well as ATM, probably space is also identified but due to their internal approval it is taking time.

5) Till now no clarity on hospital.

Dear CROMA team,

You are doing a great job already.

I just wanted to check status on the following:-

1. Sewage system used in CR
2. Stadium
3. Gas Pipe Line
4. ATMs of ICICI Bank

I am not sure whether CR has a proper sewage system in place with a proper sewage line available in all societies. I still doubt it. This is one of the important needs today and in future  and always. If Builders start handing over everything to RWAs without a proper sewage system which according to information available is not in place.

There was another proposal for having a stadium behind Golf Course and near to upcoming school but in last one year nobody has talked about this. One can still read a road sign STADIUM on green color sign board on both sides of the road nearby Galleria Market and Gate No 1 of GH-7.

Gas pipeline was most burning subject until early months of 2013 but nothing has been heard since last 6-7 months.

Regarding DG I guess the date is scheduled for 4th Jan'14 lets see what happens there.
