[CROMA] Re: [Xing] Re: CROMA Oath Ceremony and Interactive Discussion on Road Safety & Traffic Congestion | 20 April 2014 (Sunday) @ 11 AM

Dear Sajid Ji,

Since the newly Elected Governing Body are going to meet this Sunday for Oath Ceremony and then official transition and handover things will get in place. So you have to wait until coming Sunday. However, CROMA has clear stand not to pay Township Maintenance Charges (TMC) to CIPL and/or respective Builder. So wait for next announcement from CROMA after Sunday on this regards and then we will let you know the next course of action as well.

Sanjay Ji: We have kept Mr. Ashok Kumar (COO, CIPL) as Speaker in the Traffic Workshop so that he should know the current situation of the Traffic & Road Safety at Township Level and have to clear his stand or way forward to keep this township Traffic free specially near Galleria Market or in Prateek-Assotech-Arihant-Gardenia line road and he also has to ensure it in association with Ghaziabad Traffic Police. The internal road and traffic issues will be taken care by CIPL @ Crossings Republik Township, so if we are discussing anything then it is better to keep them in the Workshop and we, as a resident should come forward with solution on this regard as well. Hope, we are going strategically and in the right direction.

The latest update on the new road/bitumen layer, things will be taken care and will be updated shortly. Stay tuned!!!

Warm Regards,
Team CROMA

CROMA shouldn't entertain Mr Ashok Kumar, COO, CIPL as a speaker n must avoid the entire team of CIPL, as I was also present in the last meeting held among CIPL, CROMA n some residents of CR where they promised few things to some in a fortnight like black carpeting on road passing by GH7, land for health centre , Fire station provision etc but no response till date.😔😔😔😔😔😔😔

Rest , it's call of CROMA

Dear Team CROMA,

I agree to point raised by Mr Siddhartha Tomer.

CROMA must try for GOLF CLUB as venue. Else you can also organize the event at the ground used for DUSSEHRA CELEBRATION instead of GAUR ROUND ABOUT

CROMA Governing body,

Which renovation work is going on in Club,GH7? Can you please present the truth.

I think, venue is not given to CROMA.. as there is no representation from GH7 in CROMA governing body.

Bottomline: CROMA is still not recognized by all societies in CR.

Also "round about" is market place and is not an ideal place for any function.
If society clubs are not available. Why cant ask CIPL to give Golf club as a venue.

Dear Crossing Republik Residents,

As you are aware that CROMA Election has been done and the new Governing Body has been elected. So we have planned an Oath Ceremony as per the below plan.

Concerned with the growing traffic congestion on the NH-24 and in the internal roads of the Crossings Republik township (known as India's First Global City), CROMA has decided to take the initiative on the Road Safety in association with Federation of Apartment Owners Association (FedAOA), Ghaziabad under the aegis of Ghaziabad Traffic Police to bring much needed relief to the commuters of this area.

So after Oath Ceremony, we have planned an interactive discussion on "Road Safety & Traffic Congestion" with the basic intent to find out effective solutions to handle the traffic during peak office hours. CROMA is also going to work as a partner in this initiative by these credible organizers so that residents/commuters feel a little less pain while going out or returning home. CROMA seriously believe that connectivity is the prime issue for the residents of this township and this initiative might just bring about some change (relief) to the residents of this township.

Schedule:

Date: 20th April 2014 (Sunday)

Time: 11 AM – 1 PM

Venue: Club7, Plot No: Gh-07, Ghaziabad (U.P.)

2)    Smt. Kiran Yadav IPS (SP-Traffic, Ghaziabad Police)

3)    Sh. Swapnil Mamgain IPS (CO-1, Ghaziabad)
