Hello Mohit,
 
I agree and support your first point. It is not fair and unjustified to ask people with bigger flats to pay more MONEY for sharing same services, open area etc. However for point 2 my view is, such Weekly bazaar should not be inside the society premises as it will increase unwanted access of outsiders (which we are currently struggling to keep a tap), also it will destroy the beautification of CR which is still under development stages.

Point from my side - What is the current land acquisition status to extend golf course to the remaining area which is fenced and not maintained.

Dear Team Croma,

I would like to bring to your attention that Township maintenance charges should be based on per flat basis and not on Per Sq. Feet Basis, Actually the same should also be the basis for calculating Monthly Maintenance charges in all Societies.

Basic Idea, Just Like Electricity is that, the services, whether in form of Monthly Maintenance or Township Maintenance are the same for every body ,Hence it seemed unjustified to ask people with Bigger Flats to Shell out more MONEY for essentially same Services!!!

Also, there should be a provision for a Weekly Haat at a designated place inside Crossing (Currently it can be along side Road after the Fountain Chowk and CNG Station, near Police Chowki) for people to come and Buy Fresh Vegetables. Similar Weekly Haats are operating in rotational basis at various sectors of Noida.

This will give CR Residents more choice, variety and also help to check high prices being charged by Current Vegee Vendors.

These are some Ideas that i would like to float around for making our Township more comfortable and convenient without paying through our nose for it.

Priority Points

 

1.      Road Connectivity:

 

i)                    4 Lanning of Road between Divyansh & NH 24

ii)                  Completion of Road thru New Pulia till Gzb – Greater Noida Link Road

iii)                Widening of Sahberi Pulia and road after that

iv)                Completion of Road from Round About to NH 24 via Saviour.

 

2.      Completion Certificate / Approved Compounding Map/ Form of Declaration

3.      NOC's from various department, Land Title documents & Status of Pending Land Acquisition.

4.      Hospital / Emergency Care Centre

5.      Visitor Parking within the Society and Common Places

6.      Uniform Electricity Rate in complete Township for main Power Supply as per Govt. Prescribed rate

7.      Boundary Wall /fencing around the Township and Gate at all entrance

8.      Provision of Fire Station

9.      Provision & Status of Ganga Water / Supply Water

10. Provision for following as shown in the master plan

i)                    Playground

ii)                  Places of worship for all community & Common Gathering point for celebration of festivals

 

OTHER POINTS

 

11. Audit & optimization of installed CCTV Camera & Security Guards

12. Petrol Pump

13. Schools : Under Construction

14. Non Polluting Common transportation vehicle inside township

15. 24 x 7 help line no. of Crossings township on which any one can register complain and get complain status.

 

16. Line of action from CIPL on Dumping Ground.

 

17. Understanding development about role and responsibilities of Govt agencies towards Garbage & sewage management etc.

 

18. Sharing of Calculation of maintenance expenses for the township.

19. Restriction on any illegal & un-authorized construction

20. Big Size signage (backlit) as "CROSSINGS REPUBLIC WELCOME'S YOU" OR "WAY TO CROSSINGS REPUBLIC" at both entrances from NH-24 and near Sahberi pulia / Noida Extension "T" {Point), T Point on Noida - Greater Noida Link road where new road meets..

21. Nomenclature of all the roads with direction signage of all the society at different intersection.

22. Creation of proper traffic light with police manning at NH-24 crossing intersection and all inner intersection of township.

23. IGL pipeline connections in all the Society

24. The ways to reduce the noise pollution arising out of the STP behind the Golf course

25. Provision of multi service provider for Telecom, Internet, DTH/ Cable and installation of more Mobile towers for better signal quality

26. Regular cleanliness of all common roads and common areas within CR.

27. Removal of cremation ground opposite Gate no.2 of Crossings infra,GH-7 society.

28. Shifting of "Indian Oil Gas Cylinder Godown adjacent to Exotica & Skytech.

29. Basic features of a modern township like

i)                    Provision of common wash rooms/ toilet in the township.

ii)                  Multiplex

iii)                Recreational Centers

30. Provision of connectivity with all important points like

i)                    Metro station

ii)                  Railway station

iii)                Bus station

31. Provision of Auto, Taxi , Bus stand inside township.

32. There should be clarity on who will use these roads , will they be for connecting Crossing to Noida/Noida Extension/NH24 or will it be a public road. Will there be a toll for non Crossings residents for using these roads. Road Connectivity

33. Plan to control / restrict heavy commercial vehicle accessing CNG Station inside the township.

34. Audit of eco friendly system with plantation, rain water harvesting etc for the entire township.

35. Smoke / Fogging machine vehicle deployment for township

36. List of Crossing's management team with name , contact no. & e-mail ID to be shared with CROMA so that person can be contacted for their allocated work related issues.
