But this is not our job to check the tank daily, I am saying again that they are charging from all of us  to provide us the water supply 24x7 days, electrical supply 24x7 days with 100% power backup, proper security, house keeping in common areas, lifts, horticulture including common area maintenance etc.. 

If we talk about security most of the time I observed that our security people have been failed to stop the stary dogs inside the society even two times they have attacked to our children also in park in evening, I complained to the cheif security officer & that time a dog entered from Gate No-02, no security people stopped the dog, I showed the CSO. He instruct them, but no solution has come out & the dogs are still wandering in the society & sometimes the whole group fully enjoy in green grass also.

We pay maintenance charges in advance & if any cheque get bounced due to any reason they people charged panalty also dont listen any excuse to waiveoff, good thing to collect the revenue on time & follow the policy but they people should think about residents also to provide the facilities for which they charged money in advance & at that place we suffered a lot due to thier mistake in maintenace, security, housekeeping, negligence & irresponsibility etc.

I would request to provide the email IDs of their top managemant so that this issue can be raised to them also.
